FAQ

How do I organise my coaching sessions?

You will receive a Business Development Needs Analysis in your Membership Kit to give us the information to assess the best support for you right now. We will also talk with you about the kind of help you are looking for. We will then contact the most appropriate coach, and arrange for them to contact you.

At any time, let us know if there are any hiccups.

You can have your four hours with the one coach, or you can have four different coaches - or one coach for 3 hours, and one mentor for an hour. It all depends on what you need.

How is Business Lifeline different to other networking and business groups?

The Business Lifeline point of difference is without doubt the quality of professional speakers being offered at a fraction of the normal cost! This is made possible through the generosity of our speakers and business leaders, donating their time to the cause. Not only are our speakers renowned, they’ll be giving practical advice, so you’ll leave our seminars with a comprehensive list of ‘things to do’ to improve your business tomorrow!

The mentor component of the program is another aspect that really distinguishes it from other groups. These expert mentors or coaches have many years of business experience and will give focused advice on your business along with providing solutions and tactics for best dealing with the future growth of your business.

Of course, Business Lifeline is also about helping the communities in which your business operates. The money raised from this initiative goes towards funding Lifeline Gold Coast’s vital community services. A wonderful cause, not to mention a welcomed tax deduction.

What if I can’t attend a seminar, can I get the handouts?

Yes, as a member you can. It won’t be the same as being there, but we can arrange for you to receive a copy of the handouts, no problem.
